The first meeting of the General Secretary with the directors of departments and offices at The University of Benghazi for the year 2020.
Today, Thursday, June 4, 2020, the first meeting of the General Secretary with the directors of departments and offices at Benghazi University was held. The meeting included:
- Ms. Saleha Mohamed Ash-Sharif, the General Secretary of The University of Benghazi.
- Mr. Sulaiman Faraj Bouarqia, Director of the General Secretary’s Office.
- Mr. Ali Idris Al-Murtadi, Director of the Administrative Affairs Office.
- Mr. Muftah Hedia Al-Shukri, Director of the Financial Affairs Office.
- Mr. Mohammed Amrajea Al-Mahmoudi, Director of the General Services Office.
- Mr. Fathi Abdul Salam Abu Oqaila, Director of the Procurement and Stores Office.
- Mr. Khaled Faraj Al-Maghrabi, Director of the University Guard Office.
- Mr. Hisham Buzaid Al-Darsi, Director of the Planning and Follow-up Office.
- Mr. Khaled Mustafa Al-Aqouri, Director of the Self-Resources and Investment Office.
- Mr. Ambark Saad Al-Hassi, Director of the Technical and Projects Affairs Department.
The purpose of this meeting was to follow up on the work of the departments administratively, technically, service-wise, and financially in order to improve and provide the best services to all parties involved.
The meeting also addressed some organizational matters for the departments and stressed the need for all department directors and heads of departments to promote their daily work by facilitating daily and routine procedures and adhering to the administrative hierarchy. Additionally, some service and technical departments need to provide some service expenses to enable them to perform their duties to the fullest.
During the meeting, the department directors discussed all the problems and obstacles they face, which must be addressed, and solutions must be found promptly.
Therefore, each director of a department has a role in completing the work of his predecessor in his individual tasks and organizing within it. We always hope to be an integrated team because administration is independent of ownership, rank, and authority. It is an objective function based on a solid foundation.
