The Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Department at Benghazi University held today, Monday, March 2, 2020, an informative lecture titled: ‘Management Systems and Quality Control in Educational Institutions EOMS according to ISO 21001:2018 International Standards.’ The lecture took place in Hall 14 at the Research and Consultation Center in Al-Hamayda Building. It was attended by the Executive Director of the Research and Consultation Center, Dr. Ahmed Al-Zurq, as well as a group of employees and faculty members. The lecture was delivered by the certified trainer in Quality Management Systems, Dr. Rajab Al-Amari, who discussed management systems for educational institutions, emphasizing the principles of the management system for educational institutions, including teacher needs, relationship management, visionary leadership, social responsibility, evidence-based decisions. The purpose of this lecture was to raise awareness about the concepts, requirements, and guidelines for implementing quality management systems in university departments and colleges effectively and efficiently according to international standards
