Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Management Timetable for the Year 2020

The Quality Assurance Management intends to implement a timetable aimed at enhancing and achieving performance quality within the university units in delivering their educational, research, and community services. This will be done meticulously and thoughtfully, with the participation of all relevant stakeholders involved in providing these diverse services, through the following steps:

  • Commencing the receipt of the annual reports from the colleges for the year 2019.
  • Commencing the organization of training courses, workshops, and awareness lectures to promote and activate the culture of quality at all levels of the university units (in strategic planning, course and curriculum descriptions, self and professional development studies, and annual general assessment).
  • Disseminating correspondences that provide an effective system to activate quality and its standards in all university units, activate self-assessment, and strive for academic and institutional accreditation.
  • Completing the database of quality coordinators in all scientific and administrative units of the university.
  • Reviewing and developing quality assessment models in the colleges, activating models for student, faculty, and curriculum assessment, and any other models that the Quality Assurance team deems effective in enhancing academic and institutional performance.
  • Activating mechanisms for monitoring and supervising academic and administrative performance in the faculties, through field visits and situation analysis, and working on addressing obstacles to quality activation.
