Based on instructions from the President of The University of Benghazi regarding proposals to compensate for the suspension period, the University Council members were instructed to express their opinions. A group was established for the College of Languages Council on Viber, consisting of the Dean of the college, the Vice Dean, the Quality Coordinator, department heads, section coordinators, the college registrar, the Quality Coordinator, the administrative secretary, the monitoring committee, the review committee, and the student affairs committee. At the same time, a group was formed for each department of the college. Regarding the missed lectures, they can be compensated for by:
- Converting lectures into videos and creating a platform on Facebook.
- Creating groups for each course where registered students are added, and lectures are uploaded as files.
- Announcing lecture schedules in advance, similar to exam schedules, or recording them on CDs according to the scientific content of the curriculum.
- Establishing a committee for supervision and technical support for recordings comprising faculty members from various college departments, supervised by the Dean and department heads.
A study plan has been devised comprising nine weeks of study and four additional lectures given by the professor in a manner deemed appropriate according to the curriculum.
