In collaboration with the Media and Culture Office and civil society institutions in Benghazi, the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Management at Benghazi University presented the Ramadan Cultural Season program. This program is considered one of the most prominent cultural and scientific activities within the university and lasted for five consecutive days, starting on Friday, June 10, 2016, at 11:00 PM.
The program was attended by a large number of media professionals, artists, intellectuals, poets, and individuals interested in cultural and scientific affairs from Benghazi. They enriched the program with their valuable artistic, cultural, and poetic contributions, including various educational lectures such as “The Value of Tolerance”, “Biography and Story”, “The Impact of Popular Poetry on Libyan Society Throughout the Stages of Libyan History”, and “History of Libyan Universities”. The program also included musical and poetic performances, as well as the honoring of influential figures from the university.
Additionally, an accompanying exhibition was held throughout the cultural season, featuring visual arts, photography, fine sculptures, postage stamps, and a book exhibition.
